We offer exchanges or store credit only on stock items within 10 days of purchase with customer receipt. Special orders and clearance items are not returnable/exchangeable and cannot be canceled. Resale certificates must be presented at time of purchase. All special orders require a minimum 50% deposit with balance to be paid upon or before pick up. All orders being shipped require payment in full at time of order placement. All claims against shipped product must be made within 48 hrs. of receipt or Nest cannot assume responsibility. Any/all merchandise damaged must remain in its original packaging. We strive to describe each item as accurately as possible but please do request additional information if you should want to. No refunds. Store and online sale credits expire 1 year from date of issue. All vintage items are sold as is.
